Sean James Hatch is an AV manager and software developer who splits his work between running high-pressure live events and building practical tools that fix real workflow problems. He manages production at Crewe Hall for Universal Live, delivering reliable, polished technical setups, while also developing custom systems ranging from Flutter apps to Excel automation and API integrations. He’s hands-on, detail-driven, and focused on making things work — whether that’s a seamless show, a clean software solution, or a fully engineered hobby project like an Arduino-powered MPG gauge.
